DiamondFrame Terms of Service
Effective September 2, 2026
These Terms govern access to DiamondFrame during its private collegiate pilot. By accepting them, you agree to use DiamondFrame only for authorized collegiate Team coaching, player development, and related internal activities.
Eligible use
You must be at least 18 years old and participating as an authorized collegiate Team owner, administrator, coach, staff member, or player. You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You may not share an account or attempt to access another Team’s workspace.
Private Team content
DiamondFrame lets authorized users record, upload, view, annotate, analyze, and export player-development video. Video, annotations, profile information, and Team records are intended for the private Team workspace and its authorized members. DiamondFrame does not authorize public broadcasting, recruiting publication, advertising, or promotional use of this content.
You represent that you have the rights and institutional permission needed for content you upload. You grant DiamondFrame the limited permission required to store, process, display, analyze, and deliver that content solely to operate the service for the authorized Team.
Acceptable conduct
Do not use DiamondFrame to violate law, institutional policy, another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, or the security of the service. Do not upload malicious material, bypass access controls, probe other accounts, or distribute private player content outside its authorized purpose.
Service operation
DiamondFrame is a developing pilot. Features may change and availability may occasionally be interrupted. Keep any records your institution independently requires. DiamondFrame may suspend access necessary to protect users, data, the service, or to respond to suspected misuse.
No performance or professional guarantee
Video tools and coaching annotations support player development. They do not guarantee athletic performance, selection, eligibility, recruiting outcomes, injury prevention, or medical results, and they are not medical advice.
Ending access
Team administrators may remove Team access. DiamondFrame may suspend or terminate access for ineligibility, material breach, security risk, or discontinuation of the pilot. Duties concerning confidential content continue after access ends.
Changes
DiamondFrame may publish a new version of these Terms. When a material revision requires renewed acceptance, the service will request it before affected access continues. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained as part of the historical record.
